Adobe Max

Adobe Max is an annual design conference held by Adobe Systems in cities across North America, Europe, and Japan. It is regarded as the premier conference for creatives including designers, photographers, illustrators, and developers. Adobe Max features speakers throughout the three day conference. These speakers are usually well known artists, musicians, creators, and CEOs from creative companies including Adobe. In addition to speakers, the conference also hosts multiple events where professionals can network with other professionals such as the “Welcome Reception” on the first day of the conference.Other events include “MAX Sneaks” where Adobe previews it’s latest programs and technologies and “Max Bash” which features live performances from two of the biggest bands in music at the moment. During the event, attendees can also participate in “sessions” or 75 minute workshops led by professionals in which they learn new skills using Adobe’s latest technology. These sessions are organized by tracks including “Creative Careers”, “Graphic Design and Illustration”, “Photography and Creative Imaging” , “Video”, and “Web and App Design.” Attendees can mix and match between these tracks to participate in the sessions that most meet their needs and interests. The 2016 Adobe Max conference will be held in San Diego and will feature keynote speakers photographer Lynsey Addario, Experiential Sculptor Janet Echelman, and actor Jared Leto.
